Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to The Leather Jacket Company's Return and Exchange Policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy:

Return Policy

Timeframe: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange almost every product for a full refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement. Once an order is acknowledged and enters production, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us at support@theleatherjacketcompany.com within 24 hours of ordering for cancellations.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange order will be processed and delivered within the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Defective/Wrong Products: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of defects, receipt of the wrong product, or if the product is damaged in shipping. Customers must inspect for defects during delivery.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items. Please note that personalized or customized products may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Custom Orders:Custom orders, irrespective of measurements, cannot be exchanged.
Timeframe: Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on your payment method.

Exchange Policy

Size Guide: Refer to our size guide based on body measurements to ensure accurate sizing. While we communicate with customers to guarantee correct deliveries, we may accommodate exchanges for incorrect sizes, but it is not obligatory under Consumer Laws.

Color Variation: Please be aware that colors may slightly vary due to lighting effects. Claims on color variation will not be accepted unless significant.

  • Wait for an email response for further instructions.
  • Possible solutions may include size exchange, with customers bearing shipping costs, and, if applicable, international postage costs borne by the customer.

Consumer Guarantees:

Minor Problems: Minor problems can be fixed within a reasonable time. The store may choose to replace, repair, or provide a refund.

Right to Return if:

  • Changed mind.
  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • Found a cheaper or better product elsewhere.
  • We're aware of the fault before purchase.
  • Damaged the product through misuse.
  • Used the product extensively, causing wear and tear.
Refunds for Change of Mind: Generally, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. No exchange, refunds, or returns are available for custom-made items, whether the measurements provided are correct or not.
